The Saunas are delivered to the customer assembled. The standard delivery timeframe for Kuut Saunas typically falls within a two-month window. It's important to emphasize that delivery schedules are subject to variations based on a range of influencing factors.

Delivery Process:

• Delivery Requirements: Upon the sauna's arrival at the client's residence, it becomes the client's obligation to manage the unloading process, which may necessitate the use of equipment like a forklift.
• Special Delivery Considerations: Under certain circumstances, we may make arrangements for a truck equipped with a crane, if deemed necessary. These arrangements will be individually assessed to guarantee a hassle-free delivery experience.

Preparation and Installation:

• Plug & Play Product: Our Kuut saunas are meticulously crafted as plug-and-play solutions. Consequently, clients are tasked with the responsibility of preparing for the sauna's forthcoming arrival.
• Ground Preparation: Clients are advised to prepare the ground area designated for sauna installation in advance.
• Utilities Connection: Furthermore, clients are expected to take charge of connecting water and electricity to the sauna unit.
• Stone Placement: Additionally, clients should correctly position the sauna stones as specified for the sauna's proper functionality.
